1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Tuft'D are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, handcrafted, and made to order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Custom Orders
- Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins. Final payment is required before delivery or shipping of the completed piece.
- Production does not begin until your deposit is received and your design has been approved by Tuft'D.
- You will be contacted via email to review and approve your design before work starts. Once approved, no changes can be made.
- Tuft'D reserves the right to decline any custom order request.
- Copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected designs cannot be reproduced.
3. Payment
- Shop purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted payment methods include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and PayPal. By completing checkout you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Custom order invoices are sent via PayPal (paypal.me/tuftd313). A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. Final payment is required before delivery or shipping of the completed piece.
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Tuft'D is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.
4. Shipping
- Shipping costs are calculated per piece and displayed on each product page and at checkout.
- All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Tuft'D is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the postal carrier once your order has been shipped.
- If a package is lost in transit, a claim will be filed with USPS. Once the claim is approved, your piece will be remade at no additional cost.
- If tracking shows Delivered, Tuft'D is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misdelivered, or reported missing. Please contact your local postal service for assistance.
- International shipping is currently paused. US orders only at this time.
5. Local Delivery & Pickup
- Local delivery is available for a flat $10 fee within the Metro Detroit area — Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties only. Your order will be delivered and a photo confirming delivery location and time will be sent via email for delivery confirmation.
- Pickup is available for free in the Metro Detroit area — Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties only. A safe, mutually agreed-upon meeting location will be coordinated via email.
- Delivery and pickup are only available after full payment has been received.
- Tuft'D reserves the right to refuse or cancel local delivery/pickup orders at its discretion. If local delivery or pickup becomes unavailable, the customer will be required to pay the standard shipping cost.
6. Damaged Items
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at info@tuftd313.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
7. Privacy
Your personal information (name, email, address, phone) is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Tuft'D does not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties, except as required to process payment (Stripe) or ship your order (USPS).
